1. Agreement

If you lose browser session access or change devices without saving your login details, access to your profile may be limited or lost.
You are responsible for activity connected to your visitor profile.
5. User content
User content includes prompts, answers, briefs, generated stories, manually published stories, audio files, titles, excerpts, author notes, tags, ratings, reports, profile links, and any other material you submit or publish.
You keep ownership of content you create, subject to the rights you grant in these Terms. By submitting, generating, uploading, or publishing content, you grant sexstory.xxx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, adapt for formatting, moderate, remove, and otherwise use the content as necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.
You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have all rights needed to submit or publish it.
6. AI-generated content
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, repetitive, unexpected, or similar to other generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it, publishing it, selling it, or sharing it. sexstory.xxx does not guarantee that generated content is unique, error-free, suitable for any purpose, or free from third-party claims.
7. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not submit, generate, publish, sell, request, promote, or distribute content that includes or encourages minors in sexual situations, sexual content involving anyone under 18, non-consensual sexual activity, sexual coercion, real-world sexual exploitation, trafficking, abuse, blackmail, doxxing, threats, harassment, hate or discriminatory abuse, illegal activity, bestiality, incest involving minors, stolen content, copyright infringement, private personal information, malware, spam, scams, or content that violates applicable law.
All sexual content must involve fictional adults or lawful adult-created content. You may not use the service to impersonate another person, evade moderation, manipulate payments, abuse reports, scrape the service, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Publishing, anonymity, and author profiles
When publishing, you may choose to publish under your pseudonym or as Anonymous. Publishing under your pseudonym may make your author profile, stories, follower count, and social links visible to others. Publishing as Anonymous hides the public author display, but internal records may still link the story to your profile for moderation, account, payment, and legal purposes.
9. Paid stories, coins, and promotions
Coins are a limited-use digital credit for features inside sexstory.xxx. Coins may be used to create additional AI stories, buy paid stories, and promote published stories into the Top section. Coin prices, coin packs, promotional costs, and available features may change.
Bought coins are not legal tender, are not a bank account, do not earn interest, and have no cash value except where expressly stated for eligible seller earnings. Coin purchases may be final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by sexstory.xxx.
10. Story sales and seller earnings
If you choose to sell a story, readers may spend coins to unlock it. The service may deduct a platform commission from the sale price and credit the remainder to your earned coin balance. The commission rate and payout rules may change for future transactions.
You are responsible for the legality, ownership, quality, and compliance of stories you sell. sexstory.xxx may remove paid stories, reverse improper credits, withhold earnings, or suspend withdrawals if content or activity appears fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
11. Withdrawals
Earned coins may be eligible for cryptocurrency withdrawal if you meet the minimum withdrawal amount, provide a valid email address, select a supported payout currency, and provide a valid wallet address and any required memo or extra ID. Withdrawals may be reviewed, delayed, rejected, reversed, or refunded to your earned balance where required for security, provider limitations, sanctions screening, suspected abuse, technical error, legal compliance, or inaccurate payout details.
Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for wallet address accuracy and for taxes or reporting obligations related to your earnings.
12. Payments and third-party providers
Coin purchases and payouts may be processed by third-party providers such as NOWPayments. Third-party services may have their own terms, fees, network requirements, verification steps, processing times, and privacy practices. sexstory.xxx is not responsible for blockchain delays, network fees, exchange-rate movement, wallet errors, provider outages, or transactions sent to incorrect addresses.
13. Moderation and enforcement
sexstory.xxx may review, edit visibility, reject, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate content, accounts, payouts, coins, or access at any time if we believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, protect users, protect the service, comply with law, prevent fraud, or reduce legal risk. We may also preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests.
14. Copyright and intellectual property
The website, interface, branding, code, design, and service materials are owned by or licensed to sexstory.xxx and may not be copied, scraped, republished, or exploited except as allowed by the service.
