1. Overview

sexstory.xxx respects copyright rights and expects users to upload, publish, generate, and sell only content they have the right to use. This DMCA Copyright Policy explains how copyright owners may request removal of allegedly infringing material and how users may submit counter-notices when content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

2. Before submitting a notice

Only the copyright owner or an authorized agent should submit a DMCA notice. False or abusive notices may create legal liability. If you are not sure whether material is infringing, consult a qualified attorney before sending a notice.

3. DMCA takedown notice requirements

To request removal of material, send a written notice that includes all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.

3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for sexstory.xxx to locate it, such as the exact URL, story title, author name, and a description of the content.

4. Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Notices missing required information may be delayed or rejected.

4. Response to notices

When sexstory.xxx receives a compliant notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the user who submitted or published it, restrict repeat infringers, preserve relevant records, and take any other action we consider appropriate under applicable law and site policy.

5. Counter-notice requirements

If your content was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was caused by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice that includes all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district where sexstory.xxx may be found.

6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

6. Restoration after counter-notice

After receiving a compliant counter-notice, sexstory.xxx may restore the removed material after the legally required waiting period unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

7. Repeat infringers

sexstory.xxx may terminate or restrict users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing material. We may also remove content or restrict access for a single serious infringement or other violation of the Terms.

8. Non-copyright complaints

The DMCA process is for copyright claims. For privacy, underage content, non-consensual content, harassment, illegal content, or other safety issues, use the story report feature or contact support@sexstory.xxx.
